Settlement and Deposits
Conquest Financial works directly with any financial institution in Canada for processing transactions and depositing to accounts.
Next Day Settlement
- All batches closed by 9 pm EST will be settled to your bank account the next business day (usually morning)
- All batches closed by 4 am EST will be settled to your bank account the same day (usually afternoon)
- Weekend batches are settled on the Monday following the weekend
US Dollar (USD) Settlement
An additional payment choice that allows you to provide better service to US-based customers is US Dollar Settlement. Without the need for currency conversion, you eliminate confusion for your customers, and reduce your administration time by advertising and selling in US dollars.
It is available for credit card purchases when the card is not present, such as telephone and mail order as well as those for e-commerce sales, and funds are deposited into USD bank accounts at Canadian Financial Institutions. Currently, settlement requires 2-3 business days once the batch is closed.
